1. Custom Orders: As a partnership firm specializing in bespoke pieces, all custom orders require a 50% advance payment. No cancellations are permitted once production has commenced.

2. Quality Guarantee: We offer a 1-year structural warranty on all furniture manufactured at our Narol facility under normal usage conditions.

3. Delivery: Logistics are managed through local Ahmedabad partners. Delivery timelines provided are estimates subject to material availability.
